Towards the end of 2013, Mark attended the Middleberg Film Festival as an honoree. The Shenandoah Conservatory performed several of Mark’s scores live, including pieces from “A River Runs Through It”, the inspiring Jackie Robinson film “42”, and the television hit “Once Upon A Time”. Some of this year’s biggest Oscar films were screened at the festival, including “Nebraska” with Bruce Dern, and “The Butler” – with director Lee Daniels in attendance.
