Acclaimed writer/director David Mamet (Heist, State and Main, The Spanish Prisoner) created a dark suspense thriller in which Val Kilmer stars as a “lone wolf” secret agent assigned to rescue a mysterious missing girl. Along the way he uncovers a sinister plot, and he soon finds himself caught between his duty and his conscience.

“It was an intricate job working with Mamet’s masterful script and impeccable dialogue and interweaving the score with it,” says Mark. He created an ominous musical undercurrent for the story with a variety of gongs, percussion, solo cello, electronic ambiences and even a hurdy-gurdy. Three haunting Melodies for strings emerge and weave together like the interlocking puzzle pieces of this outstanding film.
